A foodie's entry

Happy dads' day!

29th June is both my and kw's dad's birthday. HAHA. For my family, we went to M Hotel @ Tanjong Pagar for a buffet dinner with my family on 28th, sunday. Food @ Cafe 2000 was good and fresh. Primarily seafood i think, which probably explains its slightly lack of variety. Ambience was nice, but rather noisy. Not for romantic dates because many people seem to hold family gatherings there, i dunnoe why! Maybe because it was a sunday night. I suggested to go kushinbo, but heard from sis & afew others it's overrated? HAHA. Nonetheless, no regrets coming here!

Tanjong Pagar was amazingly quiet on a sunday evening.

We came over here from work! YES on a sunday, sadly. haha

It is semi-buffet style, like Sizzler. I ordered Jumbo Prawn skewer for myself :)

The desserts were awesome and really have a wide variety! i'm still raving for their choco cakes:D This is the 4th buffet i've came to that has choco fondue :) yummmy! i love to eat desserts in hotel buffets especially! :D

We went to Jumbo Seafood @ East Coast the next day for dear's dad. We're really gluttons man.

I absolutely enjoy the seafood @ Jumbo more! I'm in love with blackpepper crabs but of cos, i still like chilli crabs! HAHA. Also ordered sharkfins soup, garlic prawns & some others which are really SEAFOOD's seafood. Because his dad is a member, there's a free birthday cake from Bakerzin! Woots i like Bakerzin cakes toooo!!
